We will fully service any jewelry purchased from Pampillonia for the lifetime of the jewelry.
Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a credit or refund. Refunds or exchanges are welcome on jewelry for up to 14 days following the date of the sale, provided the article has not been sized, worn, repaired, or damaged in any way. This excludes custom pieces and special orders.
