Special orders require a non refundable 20% down payment and may not be returned or exchanged. A special order is any item that is ordered at the client's request.
Pampillonia offers custom designs on most jewelry items. All custom designs are covered under the Pampillonia guarantee. We require a 50% deposit of the final item cost and have a minimum charge of $1,000 on custom designs. Custom designs in which a CAD or wax model has been made and cannot be altered to accommodate the client, will have a charge of $250 deducted from the original deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to the client. Full payment upon receipt of the custom design denotes the client’s full satisfaction, and custom designs are non refundable. Pampillonia is not responsible for items provided by the client for the custom design, such as previously damaged gemstones or any gemstone damaged during the custom process. All rights to the custom design and replication of the design are reserved by Pampillonia.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Jewelry items purchased at Pampillonia may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of the original purchase date. Jewelry items will be accepted for exchange, return or store credit when accompanied by the original sales receipt and the original box with all warranty cards, certificates or any other related forms. Items that have been worn, sized or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged. Also, special orders, custom designs, completed layaways or final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. All returns will be refunded to the original purchaser in the method of payment originally used. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable store credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
In the event of an exchange or return, Pampillonia will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance if the exchanged or returned merchandise is damaged or defective prior to the original shipment. Otherwise, the client must purchase carrier-provided insurance adequate enough to cover the full retail of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue a refund or credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is your only safeguard against this situation. This policy also applies to merchandise sent to Pampillonia for repair service. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the client should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with their current policies and procedures.
