Our Guarantee
We are proud to stand behind all of the jewelry items sold at Pampillonia. We offer a one year complimentary guarantee on all jewelry items purchased from us, provided the jewelry items have not been damaged. This guarantee covers repairs to the metal and accent diamonds in your jewelry item that result from a manufacturing defect or normal wear (accent diamonds or colored stones will be replaced at a value not exceeding $350). We reserve the right to void this warranty if we deem the damage to your jewelry item was caused by circumstances beyond a manufacturing defect or normal wear. Please note that center diamonds and colored stones or accent diamonds and colored stones exceeding a value of $350 are not included in this guarantee.
As a courtesy, we offer one complimentary sizing within the first year for any ring purchased at Pampillonia.
Watches are guaranteed by the watch manufacturer only.
Service on the jewelry item by anyone other than Pampillonia will void this guarantee.
Complimentary Cleaning & Inspection
We offer a lifetime cleaning and inspection of all jewelry items purchased at Pampillonia at no charge. We recommend you bring your jewelry items in every six months to ensure all of your jewelry items are in good condition. Regular inspections help prevent stone loss and extend the life of your jewelry.
Exchange & Return Policy
Jewelry items purchased at Pampillonia may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of the original purchase date. Jewelry items will be accepted for exchange, return or store credit when accompanied by the original sales receipt and the original box with all warranty cards, lab reports or any other related forms. Items worn, sized or altered in any way may not be returned or exchanged. Also, last call, special orders, custom designs, layaways or final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. All returns will be refunded to the original purchaser in the method of payment originally used. Gift recipients are entitled to non-refundable store credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable in cash.
In the event of an exchange or return, Pampillonia will cover the cost of return shipping and insurance if the exchanged or returned merchandise is damaged or defective prior to the original shipment. Otherwise, the client must purchase carrier-provided insurance adequate to cover the full retail of the merchandise while in transit. We cannot issue a refund or credit for merchandise damaged in transit; such insurance is your only safeguard against this situation. This policy also applies to merchandise sent to Pampillonia for repair service. If merchandise is damaged in transit, the client should immediately file a claim with the carrier in accordance with their current policies and procedures.
Trade Ups
Center diamonds, solitaire diamond pendants or diamond stud earrings .25 carats or larger purchased at Pampillonia can be traded up for a center diamond, solitaire diamond pendant or diamond stud earrings. The trade up must be at least twice the price of the original sale price. Items being purchased for trade up must be sold at full price as stated on the tag. All trade ups cannot be returned or exchanged. Lab grown diamonds are excluded from our trade up policy.
Special Orders
Special orders require a non refundable 50% down payment and may not be returned or exchanged. A special order is any item that is ordered at the client's request.
Custom Designs
Pampillonia offers custom designs on most jewelry items. All custom designs are covered under the Pampillonia guarantee. We require a 50% deposit of the final item cost and have a minimum charge of $1,000 on custom designs. Custom designs in which a CAD or wax model has been made and cannot be altered to accommodate the client, will have a charge of $250 deducted from the original deposit. The remaining balance will be refunded to the client. Full payment upon receipt of the custom design denotes the client’s full satisfaction, and custom designs are non refundable. Pampillonia is not responsible for items provided by the client for the custom design, such as previously damaged gemstones or any gemstone damaged during the custom process. All rights to the custom design and replication of the design are reserved by Pampillonia.
Jewelry Repairs
Pampillonia offers in house jewelry repair on most jewelry items. We offer a 1 year guarantee on the repair against defect. Damage or abnormal wear is not guaranteed. Pampillonia is not responsible for stone loss on any item that has been repaired. We are not responsible for changes to the finish of any item due to the normal wear process. We will reapply the original finish as closely as possible. Pampillonia is not responsible for any damage done to gemstones during the repair process, including the effects of heating gemstones. Also, Pampillonia is not responsible for previous damage to a gemstone, including chips or abrasions.
Watch Repairs
Pampillonia offers watch battery replacement on most watches. We do not guarantee the life of the watch battery. Please note, changing a watch battery does not guarantee that a watch will function properly. If Pampillonia changes a watch battery, and shortly thereafter, the watch does not function properly, Pampillonia will not be responsible for repairing the watch. The watch will need to be evaluated and an estimate for repair will be given to the client. Pampillonia offers a one year warranty on all watch service work performed by us.
Shipping Policy
Repair Shipping
If you are shipping your piece to us from out of town, we highly recommend using a carrier that will track and fully insure your treasured piece. If your piece is deemed a warranty repair we will offer complimentary shipping back to you.
Appraisals
Complimentary appraisals will be issued on items with a value of $1,000 or more on jewelry items purchased at Pampillonia.
